Talk about a great premise for a show...destroyed by horrible execution. (Hence my subject line.) My gripes, in bullet points
-You can't drag one stunt intoa half hour--there is too much build up without the reward
-The hosts obviously do not prepare and try to wing dialog, which they are not very good at. They are unlikeable and dorky and everytime I hear the one host talk ebout how "we are a rare breed" I just think one thing: poseur
-After all the build up on the shark cage parachute jump (facing certain death if he missed, etc, etc.) YOU COULD SEE A SNORKLER RIGHT NEXT TO THE CAGE DURINGG HIS JUMP. Did I imagine this or was it one of the greatest production screw ups ever?
-Also re the shark jump--shark week just ended--we know that Galapagos sharks are not the huge man-eaters they were portraying
-What is up with all the parachuting anyway? I know one of the hosts is a (lame) parachutist, but do all these stunts have to feature a parachute? It should be called Whacy Parachutin'.
-The snowboard/rail slide/ episode was laughable and a great expose on the actual lack of promised science.
-Speaking of science, how about the unintentional comedy of the Bob Burnquist episdoe where they say "ok, we're going to time how long of a drop it is..." and then you hear him, "one-onethousand, two one thousand..." oh yeah. It's scientific alright
-Coincidence that all these shows are in prime vacationing destinations? Can anyone say boondoggle?
-My new thing is to tape this show, then just watch the last 8 minutes so I can just watch the stunt. Sad thing is even that could be disappointing at times.
-Discovery Channel--I love your newtork, but I expected better of you. Keep trying.

I say keep up the good work. There are very few shows out there on TV that show action sports in a good light. Instead of the Jack Ass and Bam show stunt junkies is taking a different angle in portraying actions sports athletes and there sports. So I say keep trying and perfection can only occur with the making of some mistakes.

wow you must be the life of the party. Why not look at the good of the show. Yeah I admit the counting is kind of lame but look at all the other science that was in the show. I think the graphics are cool and Bob is a pretty big name. I'd much rather watch these average attempts at capturing a stunt then some of the other garbage that is on TV now.

Look at the good in the show? Can anyone point out the good to look at? Every heard the saying "you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear"??? Well, you got a sow’s ear and that is all you will every have as long as these lousy directors and hosts stick around.

you guys are weird... why do negitive...? geez... their funny, and sure kinda dorky, but that just adds to how funny the show is... plus if you don't like it, DON'T WATCH IT!
