I have been talking to a guy for about a year. Within this year we have broken up three times. Me and this guy really don't communicate as good as we need to and it had become a strain on our relationship. He also didn't know how to let his ex-girlfriend move on with her life. He would call her and go visit her while we would be dating. I felt like it was disrespectful but he felt like I was being jealous. He would compare me to her. By telling me what she has and what I don't have. Total bull crap if you ask me!!! I really loved this man but he is too selfish. He wants everything to go his way. But I recently broke up with him again because I just felt like I was about to go crazy. He just doesn't understand me. When me and him first started talking it was all good then he started bringing up his ex girlfriend and everything from there started to go down hill. So, I wanted to know did I make the right decision by letting him go.

You pretty much answered your own question. Just go back and read what you wrote and you will easily come to the conculusion that you made the right decision. This guy is very immature and you will be much better off being away from him.
