I just saw an episode where Danny is working with concrete formwork. I also work in this industry and was shocked at the safety standards on the show. It showed a worker throwing down forms not tied-off to anything. Danny specifically said, "...good thing he's wearing a body harness, too bad it's not connected to anything." I also saw workers without safety glasses and hard hats. Not being tied-off would be grounds for immediate removal from the job and loss of employment. How was this allowed?

That show was most likely filmed in a foreign country. It is quite shocking the lack of safety concern these companies have especially considering they know a camera crew is on location.
