Hey I asked Orangutan island and there will be a DVD to come out for the season!. Then they said (the email) that OI is registered for a second season! Isnt that great!
What do you think will it be as awesome as the first? oh I cant wait for the DVD! What do you think eveybody!

Oh great a DVD. One thing I always questioned with the MM DVD, is why no special features, behind the scenes footage, etc. I hope that OI will include something extra. But overall that great news.

AL, I think it was on the animalplanet.uk site under their Meerkat video sections they had some outtakes and interviews with the cameramen and producers that weren't on the US site. I remember one distinctly that showed some of the Meerkats sitting on top of the heads of some of the research team in order to get better vantage points when scouting the area for enemies. It's been a few months since I've checked that so can't guarantee it's still there, but you never know.

DATU, first of all, thank you for telling us that there will be a DVD and second season of Orangutan Island.
As for this comment though, I don't want to seem like I'm jumping on the bandwagon here, but Opus said absolutely nothing in this thread that could be viewed as "annoying and bossy." Yes, there have been other threads where, depending on how you or any other poster interprets it, his/her posts could be taken as harsh or overbearing, but everyone has a right to express their opinion and try to make people look at things in a different way.
And if you still feel offended, then go reply to Opus on the thread where he/she actually said the thing that you didn't like, instead of on this one.
