Anyone else catch this? Apparently it was a one-off special, hopefully a pilot. Good show, a very capable flipper renovated a 1870's folk Victorian conjoined in Richmond, VA. The guy knew his stuff, though I think he blew it on the main paint color of the houses. White wasn't a common color in that era.
White in the 1870's wasn't as previlant but still used. Most of the victorians used muted colors, greens, grey's and blues. With white or off white trim. I know the show you speak of. The house looked fine. It would have had better curb appeal had he and the other owner chosen a color and he then offered to paint the other half as well.
This episode of Flip that House is by far my favorite of all the episodes I have seen. Sadly I don't have TiVO or DVR and I cannot remember which website the flipper used to get his ligthting fixtures or where he went to get his antique claw foot bath tub. Anyone happen to TiVO this episode and remember where he got his stuff?

The website he used for the lights was Rejuvenation.com ... as for the tubs, most cities have salvage yards like he went to. If your local salvage yard doesn't have tubs etc., they should be able to direct you to one that does... hope that helped!
