I have seen many of the house flips, and I think the house flipped by Chad turned out as probably the best one I have seen. Quality all the way (and no, I don't know him).
I totally agree with you. Since I started watching Flip That House--which is just for a few weeks now--Chad's flips always impress me. He really has an eye for detail. I just wish they would post before and after pics of their flips on this site. I'd really like to get a better look at a flip of his that aired on 03/07/08 at 6:30pm (2 bed, 1 bath fixer-upper purchased for $90,000 with the $38,000 budget), especially that kitchen with the coffered ceilings.
Chad is really an inspiration. He takes pride in doing a quality job and not letting his disability stop him from making his life fulfilling and showing what he is capable of doing. It should make a lot of us ashamed to whine and complain about trivial problems. I applaud you, Chad, and if I were ever to buy a flipped house I wouldn't hesitate to buy from you.
