The housing market is changing drastically and quite differently by market. Things can go from hot to cold in a matter of weeks in some markets.
Therefore, I believe that it's very important to view these flipping stories in the context of the time period. For some reason, these shows do not let the viewer know the specific time period that these stories occur. I can't understand the reason for withholding this critical piece of information.
I would really appreciate it if someone from TLC could explain to the viewers the rationale for not revealing the time period of these stories. Such information would add greatly to the value and enjoyment of "Flip That House" and all other property-related shows. At the very least, revelation of the month and year would be a tremendous boon. It's not much to ask, correct?
