I watch all of the Flip episodes, and I seldom see any recycling of the cabinets, sinks, and many other items. Can you please incorporate the recycling of re-usable housing parts. Many of the cabinets, sinks, tubs, and doors can be used in Habitat for Humanity projects. It disturbs me to see such items destroyed for no reason.

I agree !! I am often disturbed about the wasteful behaviors of the flippers ! They seem to be encouraged to get wild about their demos. I see these behaviors on other "home" shows as well and don't mean to single out the " flip " shows.
This practice seems to be in contradiction with TLC's frequent endorsements of "green" practices!
PLEASE !! Do better, TLC !! While I realize you can't make people behave in a responsible manner, you can suggest or have your hosts mention the option.
Thank you.

It is so simple to do. I set all metal items out by the street (refrig, stoves, pipes, etc).
By the next day they are picked up by locals who are trying to make a buck, and recycle at the same time. It is a win win situation. I dont throw it away, and someone can profit. A couple hundred $ wont change my life, but it could someone elses. Donating items, and placing ads for free items on the internet helps less fortunate people. You can "do your part" with little effort.
