Hi everyone, this is my 1st time posting anything!...if I known that my favorite real estate shows had a forum Ive would of been signed up.But let me get right to the point, Im a 24 yr old college student/office assistant/mother. I started to get interested in real estate watching Flip that House and Property Ladder. My problem is I don't know where to start, I don't even understand the the whole bank process like borrowing money or getting financing.Things that Im planning to do is 1)take real estate courses this summer (anyone know what courses I should take?) 2)fix my credit score with a credit company ( anyone know what credit company is the best?). I'm really serious about buying condo next summer and renovate it just a 1 bedroom 1+ bathrooms to start off. The only thing is I don't have any money, most of my money goes to my college education, bills and my kids. I would love someone to tell me their story of how they started off with no money or very little money down and their good and bad experiences.
