I am an 18 year old female. I had an abortion back in May. Right after the abortion, I started vaginally bleeding very heavy for about 2-3 weeks straight. It didnt stop and it wouldnt go away. It would soak up a pad in about an hour. It would get everywhere on my shorts/pants and would literally drip down my leg. After all of that happened, I was admitted into the E.R. and they gave me a prescripton called Methergine. It controlled the bleeding for about a couple of weeks. Then in July it started back up and hasn't ended. It is on and off every month and lasts about a week to 2 weeks. And now I am spotting and it got kind of heavier and it will not stop. I am taking birth control and nothing is helping me. I experience bad lower back pains, headaches, crampiness in my lower stomach and my right and left sides. I have went to the OB-GYN and she did a thyroid test and it came back slightly elevated. Then I had went to another doctor on the Navy Base and he did the same test and everything came back perfectly normal. I dont know what is wrong with me and why this is happening but I need to know.
