I live in a manufactured home. I have to problems: (1)The walls have been painted over those pre-papered drywall panels and have those one inch slats covering the seams between the wall panels. How can I remove those and cover the cracks without my walls looking a mess?
(2) The kitchen cabinets are paper over particle board. I can't afford to replace the cabints right now. I would like to paint them with a high gloss paint. How do I prep them to paint over the paper?
