We recently built a home in Florida and are in the process of doing our own landscaping. Recently Andrew surprised a couple on the show with a tropical umbrella. This would look terriffic on our property. But I saw the very end of this show and did not get the information on how it was built. Did anyone catch this episode? I would appreciate any help.

I'm also interested in the umbrella. It looks like it was a 6 x 6 or 8 x 8 12 ft lumber with the corners cut at a 45 degree angle to get a octagon. Nonetheless, it would be interesting to get the exact dimensions for the support and how he cut the post. Would be a cool project for my kids sand box area.
