Does anyone know or remember the wooden (fork like tools) he used to stir the granita? If so, where can you get them and what are they called ?

Thanks,

Sorry, I don't but I do know that a regular fork will work just as well for scraping. Look forward to seeing if anyone else knows of the tool your seeking.

In the actual episode he just called them 'rakes'. But you could just use a fork. It does the same thing without you having to go out buy those tools.

What he used was a rake that's normally used for serving noodles like spaghetti. At least, that's what we always use them for. :-) I use a fork when making granita. If you really want one of the rakes, he got them at one of the gourmet shops like Sur La Table or Williams-Sonoma, probably at some outrageous price. You can check their websites, or look in your local dollar store.for something similar for much cheaper. I think the last set I was given came from Target.
