No but I can check my video library. I have a great shrimp recipe. I used English cheddar cheese (hard) from Costco and bought little tiny shrimps and get a really fresh milk.
You make a nice Hinodi rice fresh and steamy. YOu place the shrimp over the rice when the holes are forming. The shrimp will steam nicely. Next take the milk and shredded cheese and slowly cook until a bit milky. The cheese is so yummy. Once all is done and there are no spices or pepper or salt just plain and boiled.
You take a ice cream scooper and form a rice ball. Put a hole in the ball and fill the hole with the shrimp and cheese sauce.
Hard cheese is a better choice to keep from getting Lysteria too.
