We all have our favorite comfort foods. But how often do we get to find out what a master chef likes to nibble on? We grabbed some time with Curtis Stone and asked him what grub excites him most.

I know Curtis likes Truffle. Truffles are extremely expensive to buy! From what I understand is that the most professional chefs use truffles to cook with in the restaurant. Where can we find truffle in the regular stores in Michigan??????? I can't also find vanilla beans like Curtis used often on cooking show.

Vanilla Beans can often be found in any grocery store spice section in a jar. Try a Wal-Mart grocer they seem to be everywhere. Cost is reasonable about $11.00 per bottle of 3-4 beans.

I already found the vanilla bean in glass bottle contains 4 halves in it by McCormick brand. Walmart sell it for $8.00. Each states are different on prices. Meijer's do not sell vanilla beans, I checked in spice isle. Smile

I'v heard him say a few times, crab w/mayo and beer. It's romantic!! Sounds great except the mayo, but I'll give it a try if I can get Curtis's recipe Wink for the mayo and you can throw in a bit of romance!

I'm new and can't figure out how to post a request. I recently saw an episode where Curtis made a gourmet hamburger. Is there any way to get the recipe?

Nibble is such a mini word. Just think all the times we nibbled on something and then the whole bag of nibbles are gone. You go to bed and then you say man or woman what made me nibble so much.

When I nibble it is on something really chessey and smelly like blue cheese on a toothpick creamy yummy cheesey. I love cheese I should become a cheeseator. Cheeseators rule!

I bet Curtis Stone loves to nibble on crepes that are so tiny they just pop into his mouth like on the show with Kelly and she had no electricity. Nibble nibble nibble in the background while Carlos is waiting to be surprized. Or I bet he takes his magical pesto stuff and pops it on a crusty bread and nibble into his mouth. Or I bet he nibbles in the liquor section what!

When are there going to be an new shows? I have watched the repeats only because young Mr. Stone is so cute.

Correction: Kelly had no gas-she had electric, which is why he purchased an electric crepe maker!

make your normal stuffing, and add extra liquid, like broth, to it. In the turkey it is absorbing the juices-so you need more liquid when cooking out of the turkey. You can do it in the oven for about 45-1 hr. or try the microwave. When it is crusty on the top, it is done.

If seasoned in addition to the lemon slices inside a slit in the fish - I missed. I believe he cooked the fish in the clay on a 450 temperature for 20-30 min.

Hello everyone. I am new here and could really use your help. Yesterday Curtis made a Chilled Watermelon Soup with fresh berries for a guy named Darren and his wife Jill. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Help please. I want to serve it at my July 4th party.

Thank you
