I watched a show today where Curtis made home made hot dogs and peanut butter cokies but I cant find the recipe anywhere on the website. Do know why all the recipes are not poted?
I saw the same show an would love to have the cookie recipe....please, if anyone wrote it down....post it. I remember 1 1/2 cups flour...1 cup peanut butter 1 stick butter...1 egg...but how much sugar? Also can you substitute chocolatge chips for the bar?
I think these are the ingredients for the peanut butter/choc chip cookies... 1 stick butter 1 cup peanut butter (used crunchy) 1 t baking soda 1 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 1 egg 1-1/2 cups flour 1 chocolate bar (broken) Dropped by "ice cream scoop" onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets - bake 12-15 minutes @ 350-Deg.
1 tsp baking soda 1 cup of brown sugar 1 stick of butter 1 egg 1 cup of peanut butter (he used chunky, but creamy would be fine) 1/4 cup of honey 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour 1 bar of chocolate (about 1-2 cups of broken chocolate pieces) Mix the baking soda, brown sugar, and butter together. Add the egg. Then add peanut butter and honey. Then add flour and chocolate and fold the wet and dry ingredients together.
Roll into small/medium sized dough balls, 6 to a tray. Then bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.

Ingredients:
500g high-quality dark chocolate (semi-sweet or bittersweet), chopped 400ml cream ½ bunch mint, finely chopped 1 chili pepper finely chopped Double shot espresso
Method: • Divide the cream into 3 individual pans • Add mint into one pan, chili into the second pan and espresso into the third. • Slowly warm each pan to a near simmer and remove from heat, allowing flavour to infuse for 15 minutes • Place the dark chocolate in a small bowl and set the bowl over a small saucepan of barely simmering water. Stir constantly until the chocolate melts. Remove the pan from the heat. • Divide chocolate into 3 small pots • Return the pans of cream to heat and once hot strain each pan of cream into one chocolate pot, creating 3 separate flavoured chocolate body paint • Using a small brush and your imagination paint away
Thanks so much for the cookie recipe. I would still like someone to post the recipe for the fruit compote and ricotta pancake from to-day's show. I got some of the ingredients, but I'd love to get the whole thing. Please help if you can.
