I have been looking for the chilie relleno recipe that Curtis made with some lady in New Mexico. I can't find the recipe and I can't remember her name. I believe that I saw the episode at the end of January. I have been looking for this recipe for the last 2 weeks. Can anyone help? Even the lady's name would be a little help. Thanks so much!!!!
I want to make some really good chicken and chili. Yummy! and some hot buns to go with that chili and chicken. Yummy! Soft hot buns and oozing chili just ready to worm its way into your tum tum.
I know what you mean about the recipes. They have not posted ANY of the new seasons recipes. I've been sending email to the show but I've got no response from them.
I wish I could remember if it were a new episode or an old one. All I remember was that she was in New Mexico and she was Native American. They ate dinner outside on the patio, and her husband entered through the backyard, they surprised him outside. Curtis made a tomato base sauce in a skillet and then added the anaheim chili's to the top with the cheese on the inside, then I believ that he topped it all with some other kind of cheese and put it in the oven to melt the cheeses. They just re-aired this one June 24. The meal was for Charmaine and they made Chile Rellenos, Bison Ribeye with a Squash and Corn side dish, and a Lavender infused Chocolate Custard. I can't find the recipes either and I desperately want them! I was hoping if I gave more specifics on the menu that someone else might be able to track the recipes down!
