The avocado mixture was made up with avocados, lime juice, chives and sour cream. The crab mixture was made up of lump crab, chiles, basil and mayo. I do not know the amounts but the show was on again today and I wrote the ingredients down. I am going to try and add the ingredients a little at a time to taste. Good Luck
