Hey all! Does anyone have a good tilapia recipe?? I've looked in cookbooks and all over the net and can't seem to find ANY!! Please Help!!

Hi cscm2001, I have used any recipe that I use for any white flaky fish, like haddock, cod, sole etc. Whether you fry, bake, steam, or cook in a aluminum packet. Its all good.
