Did anyone catch the recipe? It was on the Dale/Rancher show. I saw it last night, don't know if it was new or not, but can't find it on the website anywhere. BF is dying for me to make these for him. TIA if anyone can help.
Cakes I love cakes but blueberry cakes were so special. I believe the blueberries were gently into the pan and then a yellowish tasty batter was oozing down the road into the pan. Young mr. stone baked them and swirled some white powder and milk?
Funny how it is so simple to cook and clean, but all the fun and fandango goes with the fun and good cooking times.
Personally I ;made this awesome garbage pile pizza. I took so many this rubbish-like foods from my vegetable bin and salami-sized and cheese-truffled this awesome dough and instead of olive-oil I used grape-seed oil. People the taste lasted for days and the grape-seed oil was so lasting like in Charlie-and-the-Chocolate Factory's ever lasting gobstopper and I just changed one piece of information in the recipe and sure I know what copyright means, but the pizza was so good and the new name is garbage pile pizza.
Now I know young mr. stone knows about pizza's so go back to the recipe with the fun family. The family had pizza two different ways and you can go and also take blueberries and make a good fun time pizza for yourselves.

I also have been looking for this blueberry recipe, I just saw the show, and think it would be a great thing to make my wife before I head out to boot came.. If anyone knows it please let me know.. thanks.
The blueberry cakes are called "clafouti". That's not much help though as there's many recipes for making them. Some recipes use ground almond. Others do not. Do a search and you might find something close to what Curtis made. Otherwise- wait until it gets published here.
I have something relevant to blueberry cakes. Many years ago I worked for a doughnut maker, the guy loved to make this pandoudy. He took the old doughnuts and mixed them with milk and it was very nice. Once the mix was done he used to spread blueberries all over the top of the readied mixture. Everyone who loved the pandoudies came every week to the shop.
I also know the guy who made the pancakes so nice and thick could have added blueberries to the mix and everyone would have loved the pancakes even more.
I love Curtis Stone and his show. Make me your blueberry cake and we can dance the light fantastic. Yummy! I love fresh blueberries like in the movie Duplex with Ben Stiller and Drew Berrymoore and Mrs. Connelly who counted hedr blueberries. She was great in acting.
Blueberries have a certain squirt to the berry and makes it so much nicer to each when you have a good food item in front of you on a plate.
I don't know the exact season but I know that Willie Wonka also made some blueberry concoctions made especially for those who won the golden ticket.

Ok, so I am also trying to find the recipe from Dale's show. I sent an email to the Discovery channel and they assured me that Curtis reads all the post. So, Curtis, we all want the recipe for the blueberry cakes, would you mind posting it for us.
There will be a rerun of the show on Wednesday May 7th 2008.
