Like Leopardladies, I too am looking for the recipe for the eggplant dip, that was on the belly dancing show but have been unable to find it.

Please help, I allready have the eggplant and pita bread. I need the recipe before they spoil.

Ive been goin nuts waitin for the recipe and also the one he did with crab left in the shell but he cooked it up with tomatoes ect. It looked so good but I cant get it anywere. I found another eggplant dip online but im not gonna try it cuz its not Curtis's lol.

I feel your pain marvcard/leopardladies...since seeing that eggplant dip show, I ALSO got most of the ingredients: Tahini, garlic, etc. Didn't realize I couldn't find the recipe! UGH!
Guess we'll have to hold out for Curtis' take on this delish dish!(I even wrote the network, but no luck, will let you know if I get it.)

There's a response from "dee p" on leopardladies original post for the recipe you're looking for. She said to see pg 5 Heather B.'s menu. I just looked, the recipe is for lamb, but I don't know about the eggplant dip. I missed that whole episode.

I have that episode recorded...haven't watched it yet...I really have lost interest with the new format...but as soon as I watch I will report what I find about the recipe...they are really lagging on posting the recipes for the new shows
