My son said tht the Musaka was a let down for him. Has anyone else made it? Maybe I did something wrong.

I too found the mousaka bland and disappointing. Even tried adding cinnamon and oregano to the meat sauce before assembly as had used those spices in mousaka before. Sounds so good, but not.
