I think the webmaster who updates the recipes is snoozing this week because the recipe is usually on the site just before the episode airs. So I'd wait another day.
If you want to do it without a specific recipe, Curtis just combined about equal parts ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella and stuffed it into halved, hollowed out zucchini. The sauce was just a basic tomato sauce with onion and garlic (and and herb, maybe thyme?) that was cooked down for about an hour. He lined a shallow casserole with the sauce, added the stuffed zucchini and baked it in a hot oven (try 375-400 deg F) until brown on top.
I have new pizza recipe and I love zucchini. I went to Julia and My cookbook and totally integrated some cool ingredients. I swam down to the persian store and found some hot red pepper paste and anchovies are on my shelf to be put together in a marriage. I cannot wait to make my newly created pizze and if Stoney ever wants to open a brick oven pizza then stoney I know I heard you in the background on a phone call I received I was saying hello so do you call your potential tv clients by phoning phirst. I love pizza and I know I am going to have a groovey time making this wonderful pizza. Pizza can or cannot be a junk food and whoever wants to argue this point then email me and we can chat over pizza 650-401-7811.
Julia's presentation on her pizza did not appeal to me because I felt like it was deep dish tradtional style, but I know with a little bit of a pick-me-up I will really re-create a Julia trady with my newly developed caddy meaning I can take a traditional pizza and make anyone take a cruise to eat my new stuff-pizza.
