I am attempting to make Devin's Mosiac Fruit Pizza from episode 10 and I find it so hard to believe that I should cook the egg white/sugar combo for 5.5 hours at 175 degrees? I'm no expert at cooking/baking, but that seems like a long time to me.

As anyone made it? Thoughts? Advice?
