My birds LOVE rice crispies, but is it good for them? I know that rice crispies have a ton of minerals and vitamins, but I dont want to be giving them food that can harm them.

Hi,
As a treat, they are fine. Other dry cereals in small amounts also makes a great treat. Wheaties, Cheerios and your Rice Crispies do offer some extra nutrition.
