I adopted a parakeet in july. she is fine and healthy, except that she is missing feathers. although she is not pulling them out. tyhat's the way she looked like that when i got her. any suggestions on what i should do?

maybe she was going through molt when you got her and didnt grow them back yet, i wouldnt worry about it, just be sure to keep her room nice and warm at night.
