I just got an 8 month old Lutino Cockatiel. She was hand-raised when she was little but she was left for a couple of months not handled. Now she will barely eat out of my hand and doesn't remember step-up. I had a parakeet that just died (aka the reason for the new bird) and I don't remember how I trained her. My question is...What are some ways to help her gain more trust in me? Also how do I retrain the step-up command? She has her wings clipped if that is of any useful information.

hey i suggest buying some millet spray and put it in your hand so that the only way the cockatile can get the food is to go to your hand
