my cockatiel has just learnt to whistle and stuff, and shese really good at it but as soon as i take her out of the cage she'll stop and wont make another noice till i put her away? how can i get her to whistle and talk when shese with me?

She is probably no used to the outside room of her cage and she feels insecure. Thus shes quiet. give her some time and she should get more comfortable with being outside of her cage. Just don't give up!
