I have 3 parakeets but 1 of them does not chirp or barely move only to eat or drink when I open the cage door to let them fly around my room she does not come out but the other 2 do Confused

maybe that one is not 100%
i don't have parakeets i only have 1 cockatiel , Zeus, so i don't know a lot about parakeets
maybe it is social???
maybe he/she does not fit in with the others??
maybe he/she is sick??

k ty Smile it is probably because she does not fit in with the others i always see my other parakeets fighting with her
