Question:
i HAVE A BIRD NAME CINNAMON HE IS SO SWEET HE LETS ME KISS HIM AND NEVER ATTEMPTE TO BITE ME AT ALL BUT HIS TAIL FEATHERS WHERE FALLING OUT AND I CUT THEM IS THAT OK.

never ever cut the feathers off you can kill the bird!!!!!!

you cant kill the bird by clipping tail feathers, but you may cause severe bleeding if yoiu cut too short. many birds have problems with tail feathers, mine didnt really get over his problem of breaking his tail feathers until he was about two years old. it is perfectly normal.

don't cut 2 deep!! u could cause sum severe damage. don't worry 2 much about it, it's pretty normal.

ditto and i have a cocatiel and she is only 12 months old and one 2 years ld and they both lose feathers its really normal

HE/SHE IS MOLTING!!!!!!!!! Thats wen the brd losses feathers.I think it happends like once a year just dont kut the feathers unless clipping its wings!!!!!!!!
