I'd like to see cooking warped. See the science of the various mundane tasks involved in cooking. What I'd LOVE to see, is a famous chef setting up some stuff that (s)he'd think would be suitable for warping.
A chef I'd really like to see on your show is Heston Blumenthal... Not only is he a big-time (he's had or has 3 michelin stars) chef, he also has a genuine interest in science. Which is pretty evident if you've ever watched "In Search Of Perfection" by Heston. If you haven't, it's really good. :P If you could get him on the show, awesomeness would be sure to ensue.
If the above idea is stupid to you, how about the good ol' trick of emptying a bottle with a rotating motion. The flow of the water will then create some tornado-looking effect which allows air to pretty much travel straigh up the center of the bottle (and its content, water, wine etc).
