hello,

i am new to this board and also new well, renew to low carb eating and i have a question that i am hoping someone can answer, i just heard about these miracle noodles and looked at them and the carb content and they have some good looking products, my question is, has anyone here ever tried them and what do you think of them. hope this is the right area to place this in. thanks

Yes. I've tried this product and it's very good. I tried all the shapes they offered in a variety pack but I'd really only recommend the angel hair. If I have a recipe that calls for rice I just chop up the angel hair with a knife. The best part is there are no calories or carbs in it.

Hi, I have never tried the miracle noodles but I have found a wonderful low carb pasta. It is called Dreamfields and it is wonderful! I served it at my husband's family Christmas Eve dinner and no one even knew that it was low carb. His family is as Italian as they come and everyone loved it.
