I found a great new idea for making pizza while searching for new chicken recipes. I pounded a chicken breast flat without tearing it to make the crust. I put it in a pie pan that I sprayed with cooking spray, and I put some mozzarella cheese on it and baked it for about 20 minutes at 350. Then I took it out of the oven and put my pizza toppings on it, which are mayo for the sauce, diced red onion, bacon pieces, diced tomatoes and more cheese. Then I put it back in the oven until the cheese melted. It cut into "slices" really well and was really good!!!! I was really impressed with how well it turned out.

I am going to try it again with other pizza toppings next time, like pesto and mozzarella, or just pepperoni and cheese.
