I am a cancer breast survivor and have been advised against soy products. What can I use instead of soy flour in recipes to keep them in low carb status?

I have used a combination of almond flour (finely ground almonds w/ skin) and coconut flour and whey protein powder. It depends on the recipe though, You may still need to add in some soy flour. I recommend Dana Carpenter's books. She has over 1000 recipes for lo carbers.

Try substituting 1/4 cup of whatever flour you use with Milled Flaxseed. 0 net carbs and 2600mg of Omega 3's per serving

When I make pancakes, I use 3/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup flaxseed.

If you live near a Trader Joe's, they carry almond flour as a staple. You can find it next to cornbread mix, etc.
