What I have been having for breakfast is a smoothie.
4oz. 0% greek yogurt
1 cup nonfat milk
1 scoop protein powder (I bought cookies and cream flavor from GNC with 20g protein and 3 net carbs)
1 whole banana
1 cup of ice

Blend all ingredients until ice chunks are gone and enjoy. So far lost 52 lbs and holding my goal weight and still love the smoothies every morning.

two large eggs and two strips of Niman Ranch uncured bacon (I specify brand because the calories and carbs vary between brands) come out to 320 calories and 0.8g carbohydrate (carbs from the eggs).

I'm on a 70-75 g/day carbohydrate target, so I'll add a piece of fruit to this--say, a plum, at around 60 calories, 2-odd fiber, and 18 net carbs.

And green tea, of course. Smile

If I know I'm having a very low carb lunch then sometimes I'll have a piece of toast using orowheats 'double fiber' bread, which has 6 g fiber and 10 net carbs per slice.

(I'm only specifying brands because product statistic vary so much between brands, you can probably find other brands with similar numbers)
