I made a pizza using chicken for the crust. I pounded the chicken flat without tearing it and baked that with some shredded cheese on it for about 20 minutes at 350. Then I topped it with mayo for the sauce, cooked bacon pieces, diced onion, diced tomato, and more cheese. I put it back in the oven to melt the cheese and then cut it into slices.
It turned out really good!!! Chicken club pizza is one of my favorites, so I was very happy that it turned out so well. I am going to try it out with pesto for the sauce next time, and of course will go with pepperoni sometime.
