It was close to the thanksgiving holiday and I watched a show of Blaines where he used soy flour and splenda for ingredients in a dessert. I had never heard of soy flour before so I went out and bought some. I noticed that the soy flour had less than 1/2 the carbs of white flour and had less calories too. I continued to make banana zuccini bread, I added to the recipe some raisin and nuts. This bread was so moist and I did not have to feel so guilty about eating it because it had splenda instead of sugar and soy flour instead of white flour.
