can anybody explain to me hoe to read the labels for carbs most that i read are in grams i do not know how to translate that to know if it is to much thanks for any help any body can give me.

Carbs are measured in grams. So if the label says "Carbohydrates 10g", there are 10 grams of carbs in that product.
