Found a great dish. If you're like me, the one thing you really miss is Pizza!! I found Pizza without the crust that is simple to make. Big Grin

Take an iron skillet and brown some ground beef. Once beef is browned, put tomato sauce (no sugar added), green peppers, red onion (easy), mushrooms ( or whatever), then throw into the oven at 350. Then spread cheese on top, some cooked sausage, with oregano, and a drizzle of Olive Oil and throw back in the oven until cheese is done the way you like it.

Enjoy!

If you have a great dish...please post it!

It sounds like when I go to Pizza Hut and scrape the good stuff off the crust to eat with a salad. (Crust-BAD) Big Grin
Now I can just make it at home.

I make this but just put the ground beef on the bottom of the skillet real thin and add my toppings just like a regular pizza and bake it. You have to use the leanest meat or lots of grease. yummy then you can slice it like a pizza.
