I read somewhere on one of the discussions that it maybe be possible that watching something evil might provoke sometime evil in your house. ummm...i'm kinda freaked out right now, please reply! thanx so much

Well what ive learned form my father was if u think you will hear it you will so go to sleeping think you will hear a foot step you will cause i would it was weird

my dog doesnt like a haunting and she starts barking at windows and doors for no other apparent reason. i figure she probably senses her owner getting freaked out by the show and is looking for whatever the heck it is that is making her owners blood pump so outrageously and since she cant see it it must be outside....at least in my case.
unfortunately i think nearly anything can be a conduit as evil entities are always looking for an opportunity or an opening, you gotta cover yourself always with prayer and belief in a benevolent protective higher power.

By your logic, nobody should watch a horror movie because Freddie Krueger might materialize in the living room...

i wus at my frends house 1 time and we wer playin hide and seek and i went into da bathroom and i saw in da mirror a thing and im like wut the heck its notin. but den i herd a noise and it wus really freaky and den i got up and i saw dis face in da mirror it was da scarriest thing ive ever seen. da face wus all like meseed up and scarred, but it wus freaky.

If a simple ouija board, and even homemade ones do work, can bring an evil spirit around why in the world would you discount the possibility of an actual reciever/transmitter (TV) the ability to do the same. Open your minds folks, they take every opportunity. This ain't no kids game.

Like the movie The Ring? I seriously doubt watching a tv show that is a reenactment of a particular event will evoke spirits and demons to come and torment you. I'm very open minded but that's a little too far out there even for me.The comment about FreddyKrueger was cute though! If that was the case my house would be filled with all kinds demons,ghosts,serial killers, etc because that's all I watch.

If you think a ouija board can bring them in, where's the logic behind nothing else being able to? Since when is pressed cardboard so much more of a conduit than anything else? It is my opinion and I come from having dealt with such things before, not just watched them on a screen.

The difference is intent. With a ouija board you have the intention of talking to a spirit. This is not true with a television.

I'm not saying that people arent playing around with black magic,devil worshiping,voo-doo etc and not doing enough research to become full aware of the consequences. What I am saying if you listen to your own reasoning then being part of a forum that discusses ghosts, demons, and evil entities you should shut off your computer right away because they're climbing through to get you!

If you don't protect yourself they can be anywhere and in any form. Do you guys actually watch the show?

Also Ab, most people don't intend to bring in evil spirits when they play with a ouija board, they think its just for fun, but evil spirits are a possible even with the sincerest of intentions.

I agree 1scaredycat. If a homemade ouija board can bring out evil spirits, I don't put it past other things to do so. Now, I personally never heard about it happening to anyone so I can't assume it's 100% true, but I'm not going to discount the possibility. I watch the show but I always pray while watching it, lol.

Ok, i dont believe this crap on tv, its never happend to me. The closest i have come to an evil spirit has been my little brother jumping out at me behind the door thinking he can scare me. maybe evil spirits dont like non-believers, but im not buying it until its proven. im what you would call a realist. ok, maybe that seeing the face in the mirror was creepy, but im sure you were just holusinating. last night i hurd a crash down in my basement. sure, i could of thought that it was a ghoast, but i went down there and my cat knocked over some stacked bockes when trying to get to the windowsil. or, a few mounths ago, i hurd a knock on my door. sure i could of thought it was "man", but to find it was my neighbor who's water was leeking onto the floor because the pipe was broken. there is a reason for everything and A Haunting just isnt going to prove it. And TV evil manifestations are crap to. I have watched so many scary shows that if evil spirits were real, i would be living in the house of horrors. the only horror i have in my house is my little brother.

i have noticed a lot of junior members, including me, have posted on here. and some of them, i can't even understand what they are SAYING. if paranormal things come through tvs, i will see them ALL over my house.my house would be the "house of 77 screams"!! heh. the onlt scream you hear is me when i see maduca in the morning! by the way, "maduca" is my older sister if you wake her up!! heh.
