It would be nice to hear something from people who have actually worked on these shows. What experiances, if any, they may have had.

or, for that matter, anyone who has been a subject on any of the shows.

They won't have had any experiences as the show is not filmed in the actual houses but all in homes in Tidewater Va area. My home was the "set" for The Forgotten and is in Suffolk, Virginia where the studio that produces A Haunting is located. Pretty far from the actual site of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Wow. Hearing that the filming is done way far from the actual residence is rather a put down. I really like this show, but it's always been one step away from complete fiction. Is it real? The stories are well scripted. It's entertaining. But are they filming the show in a completely different location to protect the people, or because it's low budget and they aren't going to the real sites?

There was one episode, I think it was "the darkness", I am dying to know where that took place.

I would guess that most of the people who were the owners at the time of the hauntings had moved on before their story was even told to the producers. It really doesn't matter that it's not the actual house, as long as the story is told, IMO. Then there is the privacy thing. If they showed the real house it would be swarmed with crazies hoping to see something, driving everyone bonkers in the neighborhood. I believe the stories are real, they are just embellished with special effects, creepy music, and Anthony Call's wonderful voice.

Hi, Spooky Sister, Kelsey!

That show would not be the same without that man's narration.
