This show seems to show all spirits as horrible enities. While there are demonic enities out there they were never human.

I am 84 years old and have seen many spirits of the departed. They are not evil, they are spirits that are caught in another plane of existence. I have never meet an evil spirit.

I have encountered demonic forces which are all together a different thing.

I just wish the show would show the kinder side of spirits.

I agree 100% Savannahblue.....but this is TV, and if it isn't scary, I guess people wouldn't want to watch it? In all my years of dealing with 'spirits', i have yet to come across anything demonic. Maybe I have been lucky, but I think in all my experiences, I would have seen something by now? Don't get me wrong, I have had some low level spirits act up, say bad things, and try their best to scare, but afterall, they are just people, and if they were not so nice in life, they don't become automatic angels once they have passed. They retain their earthly personalities, and that is what got some of them in trouble in the first place. At the time of passing, they felt that they were not good enough to go into the light, or felt they were too big of a sinner, and so some have chosen to stay behind. It is amazing how many ask for help, after making the decsion not to move on. But for the most part, all the spirits I have encountered are pleasant enough people. Maybe Discovery should do a show about how people live everyday with spirits in their lives, and how UN-SCARY it is to do so. I have a theory, and have found that where ever we chose to live, most of the time there are spirits that live right along side of us, unknown to us. I know it might be a hard concept to think that someone is always there, and we truly are always on display, so in reality we can't hide everything!

Where do you get your information on spirits?
It certainly isn't from the Bible.
