it sounds a little to surreal to me, i mean don't get me wrong, i do believe in them, is just hard for mr to understand how can something that is a spirit physically push or touch you?

I think that it's possible. I hear about entities "sitting" on someone when they're in bed. That actually happened to the person that lived in my (haunted) house before me... On the show, there's been many instances of someone being pushed. It sounds like the entity has to have some "power" to physically manipulate a person. I'm not sure what that means exactly, and how they get it.
