Good morning to all. Thanks for believing me, Turtle and Kelsey. I really do appreciate that. One thing that didn't seem wierd to me, is this. I went to the parcel records on the home. I saw the value of the home and what it has been sold for, but the fact that it was sold for $100, 12,ooo once doesn't mean much. You can deed a home and it could be a familly transfer,or other things. So that didn't prove too much to me. I was kind of wondering if there is anyone living there. It seemed very unoccupied. Especially since the mailbox was torn from the stand and another member on here said it was torn mths ago. If anyone was living there, I'am sure they would of fixed it by now. also there was no for rent sign or for sale sign. That stricked me as wierd. This Rob guy who says he lives there never emailed me back, so I'an starting to not believe he lives there.
I did some more investigating lol! (Careful Turtle you may be right), I didn't think of that!Maybe(Rob) did see some activity and moved!HMMM?????So this guy Rob says he lives there right? The house has ''Jones'' 2 times on it. I looked up Rob, All kinds of different ways.It gave me a list of all of them and noone with that name appeared to live at that address.Period. Or maybe it has been abandoned for some time and the owners don't want anyone messing with it, so they lied and created a fake profile and said they were living there?????

I see 77 and every body else that is talking trash about my old house on hancock drive is insane. . .the reason the board (singular) is on the right side of the house is cuz I had an air conditioner in the window. The other side of the house same thing another air conditioner. The gate was not bashed in, . . . . it was taken off of the gate pole so I could pull my car and my boat in and out of the back yard. The "WIERD Symbol," by the front door Is flames that I drew with chalk on one of the blue squares. Yes my name is Rob Jones and I think your e mail was spammed and trashed. If you don't believe me ask shawn 2 doors down from the haunted house he lives on the right and has a big truck. We just moved out a montd ago because our landlord Died and sold the house to a realty company. We have never experienced any Ghost like things go wrong but do not doubt that the x residents Had. I was forced to move to deland and by the way the swingset was only 5 years old but after we moved some 1 stole the swings. we took both of our sheds and I Left a pile of thars in the yard cuz we were in a hurry To move considering we were forced out and only had 2 friends with trailors to help us move. I took six digital color photos of the property today - at least the front of the house. With Photoshop, I also converted them to black and white.
I saw something remarkable in the photos but I'm not saying a word - I'm neither a skeptic or a believer but would be interested in knowing if anyone sees what I do.

I just saw the pics, I tried to email ya back but it wouldnt let me. I was wondering if that was the real house? And is it abandoned? I also noticed a neighboring house--any activity there aswell?
The images are that of 1474 E. Hancock Drive in Deltona. This is the address that is claimed to be the location based on information in this forum.
The house looked empty with mail jammed in the mailbox near the front door. My research shows that the tax bill is going to a man in Orlando, FL.
Funny you should ask about the neighboring house. It's for sale.
The house looks NOTHING like the one used in the production and any claims that it had a renovation since the show or the events is hard to believe as you can see.
we snuck in the back door and we heard whispering in the backrooms we barely could breathe because the air was so heavy.the front door opened and closed three times,and the only thing in the house was a jesus prayer card on the counter and an ash tray
If this house is not haunted STILL, then why did it go up for auction on Nov. 26, 2007. Starting bid 10,000 when the value of the home is roughly 150,000.
I'd say there is still something not right with the home.
I was visiting a friend in Deltona who had recently shown me The Haunting episode about the house on Hancock Drive. Being that I am pretty fascinated with this kind of stuff, we went to visit the house and shot some pictures. I have several pictures of the outside in daylight and night, some of them I observed orbs and others had nothing out of the ordinary. However, I did take what I believe to be one of the creepiest orb pictures I have ever seen! Please follow the links below to view them.
Also: Note the orb trail behind it, suggesting whatever it was we caught was in motion.
There is definitely some negative energy in that house. My friends niece went in for an open house once and had a splitting headache the entire time she was inside, which lasted until about a half an hour after she left.
i just watched the show and did some research on the internet and i work bout 5 minutes from the house. me and a coworker went to the house and he called the number on the for sale sign... it's been vacant since june and is going to be open for an open house this saturday 4/26/08!!!
haha... yeah right! my coworker said he would go saturday and take pix, i have interest but not enough courage to go in the house! i wouldn't mind it if the spirits seemed more friendly than the get the heck out of my house spirits!!! i'll keep you updated if you like.
Hold on, I'm a bit confused. rtbryant05, you said the house has been vacant since June, yet the house became available on November 26,2007. Not to mention, a family moved there in early January of this year. If that family has already moved, I'd say for sure that house is haunted. Anyway rt, please keep us updated with the open house this Saturday. I'm planning to visit the place in August. I'd really love to go inside that house...
Who knows. Just a thought.
