If a pitbull's jaw locked it would not be able to release it during fights or attacks. Which it does. The media has taken a beautiful and amazing breed and twisted it into something vicious. I think some how myth busters should do a segment on lock jaw. Just to show the public that it is a lie. Pitbulls are an amazing breed getting a bad reputation, it's up to us the pitbull owners to try and turn the publics eye toward the good of a pitbull. Socialize your pit, take them out to the park let them play with kids and other people. Mine love other people but are still good watch dogs. I have 4 right now and an 11 month old and they wouldn't hurt a fly.
