ok i want another dog and i was wondering what breed i should git? i was thinking about a german shepherd or something like that but i really can not daside so could you help????

That is a very vague question.

What are you looking for in a dog? What is your activity level? What dog may fit your life style? How mnuch grooming are you willing to do? How much time do you have for your dog? There are so many questions to ask!

What kind of dog do you have right now? How old are you? Are you in school still?

Again, think of something more specific to ask, after finding out what you want in a dog and maybe people can give you good ideas.

ok i like to be very active,i will do as much grooming as i need to,i have all the time in the world!!!well im not going to tell you things like how old i am and if im in school i dont really like to tell things like that on the internet sorry! oh and i have seven pit bulls but they dont all live with me some live with my mom cause i dont live with her i live with my dad (that should give you a hint about how old i am) i will tell you this im older than 13!

if you have 7 pit bulls already why do you want more especially a german sheperd, shoot I wish I had 1 pit bull.

Yes pitt-man, I do agree with you. Not to mention I'm not a breed fan, rather a rescue fan. Who care what the breed is. If you and the dog click, get it. I do think that 8 dogs is kind of a lot... and expensive.

well I doubt doglover1234567 pays for them at all, so money is probably not an problem. You should really ask yourself if you really have time for another dog? Do you even walk ALL of your dogs? Feed them? Now I have a special place in my heart for pit bulls and I'm older also probly alot stronger and I don't think I could handle 7 pits, or even like 3 right now.

Why the doubt? Maybe I assumed because I pay for all my pets myself.

I would have lots of dogs if I had a nice secluded home in the country with lots of acres to run, and no busy roads close by. I'd be rescuing dogs all over the place!

Just curious. It just helps with insight towards your opinions. You're on here a lot, and I just like to know where you are coming from.

I agree with Angeeleeta - I also like to know the ages of whom I am speaking with. I think it helps to understand their answers and POV (not always, but sometimes. Like the 11-13 year olds who want an animal, and they can't afford it, meaning their parents would have to pay for it - kind of thing.)

I don't mind saying I’m almost 17. So yeah, I'm 16. I have no problem with that. I work two jobs, go to High School (and get good grades), and take care of my dog 100%. My other dog and cat belong to my mother. But my ACD Remington, everything gets paid for by me, because I got him and he is my dog - my responsibility. I pay for all my own things, such as I bought my own car, I pay my own car insurance, buy my own food, gas, etc. The only thing I don't pay is rent and utilities, but as I said, I'm in High School and that would be near impossible to do!

How old is everyone else? - who feels comfortable revealing their age. Although I don't know how or what saying your age is going to make you uncomfortable but hey.

I'm almost 17 too. I don't have a real job I do odd jobs for people usually, but all I do is help pay bills and buy my own food, since I don't have a car or anything nice

I'm a breezy 27. I've been living on my own for the past 9 years. I'm done with college and pay for all my own stuff... which is a lot. House, car, credit cards, student loans, all my pets, and other such things. I have a job that uses my education to a certain degree, and I have really flexible hours and I kind of do what I want.

I can't even imagine being able to that, not even when I had the brightest future.

Just make it happen. It's not that hard. I did everything myself, you're the only one who controls your destiny.

Student loans, scholarships and grants are all their for a reason. They suck to pay back, but they can guarantee you a much sweeter spot in the end.
