I have had Maddison since she was 7wks old and she 20lbs then. I took her to puppy classes and they worked pretty well. As she got bigger and older she started barking at everything so e got her a bark collar until she ate it off the counter and that was that, She has eaten thru 3 110volt tv wires , lamps, shoes, clthes, etc... She gets crated at night and when we are out so she doesnt destroy things when we are gone. THe biggest problem I have is now she is almost 75lbs, and It is nightmare to walk her. She has broken my fingers and wrist several times already and split open my chin. I have been draged on my butt several times and if it is slick out from rain OMG then I know I am in for brusing. She bults at everyone she sees in the street and if there is a duck or bug or animal of some sort then owner beware I am on my butt or up in the air. My neighbors laugh at me everyday as I am the girl crying while trying to walk this monster dog. I take her to the dog park as often as I can but it is so hot 90 degrees and above that is is really hot for the both of us this time of year. She really loves the park and gets along with all the other dogs. What can I do about this walking problems. I love her but I am really thinking about getting rid of her. I have another dog who is much older and they get along very well so that is not the problem. Her barking and Walking and bolting out of the house is driving her away from our family. help us please. Bruised and heartbroken

I have had the exact same problem with my beagle puppy. She caused us lots of tears and stress, becase she needed more room. We puppies get bored they often chew on stuff to make themsleves entertained. We made the hard desicion to give her away...but now shes on a 44 acre farm romping around. The owners adore her and she hasn't had any problems there. It's just a mattter of boredness. That was just our situation but I thought it might help =)
