Hello,
About 4 months ago this handsome little man was born. His mom is an American Bull Dog. However I have no clue who the Dad was and neither do his mom's owners. Any ideas on what he is mix'd with or how big he realy is going to be. His mom was mediam sized at at 45lbs. he is currently sitting at 30lbs and short.

Thanks

In the pics he is 3 months old:

By the set of the ears, I'd say some sort of Terrier.

Who knows the dad could be a mutt and probably was.. It looks just like a pitbull puppy. Not sure aout ears on ambulls so can't say if the ear set is out of character as I know they are often confused with pitbulls.

It looks like it has some terrier. But if he dad was some sort of terrier he probably won't be getting too big.

Terriers come in all sorts of shapes in sizes though. Their are some rather large types of terriers.

The largest terrier is an Airedale terrier. "King of the Terriers." (best breed ever in my opinion) But that pup has no Airedale in him. I'm just taking a guess. The biggest terrier mixes I see have Airedale in them.

it looks like he might be a bullmastiff
if he has big paws then he will be a big dog
bullmastiffs are 25-27 inches
100-120 pounds is the average weight
they are a bunch of colors and have different types of markings

There is also the:

*american staffordshire terrier
*american pit bull terrier
*bull terrier
*kerry blue terrier
*staffordshire bull terrier

Even if the bulldog was bred by a JRT, the dog could still reach 90 lbs or more in weight.

That's the beauty of mixed breeds, when you mix them you never know what you will get, and their is no rules about how they'll look or how big or small they will get.

And big paws has nothing to do with the potential size of the dog. My border collie has the same size paws as my rottweiler the rottweiler is 80 lbs the collie is 34
