I also have a money question.

No, I am not a Lawyer or Accountant,
nor am I a State or Federal employee.

What I would like to know is who is paying tax on all of the "free Money" ? I would think the IRS would require a little more than a handshake.

I see some leave the cab with papers, which I believe they have to fill out for tax purposes and to get their winnings since I don't believe the money is real. The previous question was "Ben, who's on the $100 dollar bill?" and not which bill is Ben Franklin on.
