To stop terrorisim we need to stop the ak47.The way to do that would be to design a 7.62 mm round proof vest. Smile

We already have. It is called the ISB and has been in use for several years. It provides level IV protection and will stop rounds more powerful than the 7.62x39. This does not stop terrorism.
